This Afternoon Tea is inspired by our gardens, with ingredients taken from our gardens and hopefully enjoyed outside in our gardens.
On the 24th July, we also have our Summer Garden Tour (more information on this below), so you could book in for our Garden Inspired Afternoon Tea, after being on a tour with our Head Gardener.

ROY AND LYNN PRACTICE DRU YOGA, A STYLE BASED UPON TRADITIONAL HATHA YOGA, INCLUDING SOFT FLOWING SEQUENCES, CONTROLLED BREATHING AND GUIDED RELAXATIONS.
THEY BELIEVE THAT YOGA IS FOR EVERYONE AND THEIR CLASSES ARE SUITABLE FOR ALL. YOGA IN THE GARDEN AT CROOK HALL IS APPROPRIATE FOR ANY AGE OR ABILITY. PLEASE DON’T HESITATE TO COME AND JOIN THEM AND HAVE A GO. IT DOES NOT MATTER IF YOU HAVE NOT TRIED YOGA BEFORE OR IF YOU HAVE LIMITED MOBILITY.

The Festival Players Theatre Company performance of Much Ado About Nothing outside in our Gardens.
“The course of true love never did run smooth”, but the sparring antics of Shakespeare’s erstwhile lovers, Beatrice and Benedick, provide great hilarity for the other members of the household who plot to reunite them. Against this background, another romance is almost derailed by the machinations of a jealous Duke until the local constabulary bumble upon his plans. This delicious comedy, popular for over 400 years, will be performed for you by The Festival Players acclaimed all-male Company, in a crystal clear, energetic, colourful production, enhanced by original songs composed by Johnny Coppin.

This band of merry friends will take you on an hour long adventure from the sleepy Riverside, to the Chaos of Toad Hall, featuring songs, puppets and lots to join in and laugh along with, it’s the perfect treat for all the family.

Following the success of their 2018 North East tour of Frankenstein: A Gothic Creation, Timeworks Theatre presents The Unfortunates, an imagined meeting in death of the five victims of the most infamous of all serial killers, incorporating the bawdy humour and songs of Victorian music hall.
