Converted from the listed coach house in the winter of 2003/4, the apartment has beautiful views of the Medieval Hall. Guests have unique access to the award winning grounds which are described as ‘magical’ and include a maze, a pond and the Shakespeare garden. Quintessentially English and perfect for a romantic stroll.

If our visitors can bear to tear themselves away from this idyllic holiday base close to the centre of Durham City, they will find Newcastle, the Northumbrian coastline and the Yorkshire Dales easy to access.
